Indian parliament needs to have total security for their member of parliament with specail task force admitted for the specailsed job of less than thousand MP to enable them to work diligently without any fear or intimidation by their counterparts.Each MP should also be under agency such as of RWA surveillance to menace the curb their cash deal to put question in parliament,their movements and actions must be guarded both in their and national interest.

With advancement of technology and collateral movement of criminalisation of politics and growing nexus is degrading the values of parliamentarian which needs immediate lift for the sake of nationalism to grow along with global society.

The lawmaker does need to have complete amenties right from personality developers to diction classes to craft their language for their betterment and a professional staff at their disposal to prepare them on any subject of their taste. With criminal records people entering the parliament it needs to have a grievances cell where any MP can lodge his complaint about his counterparts misbehaviour or threats or intimidation aspects.MP must be provided with Sr Reseach officer,PhD in Political science.physics,commerce, foreign affairs to assist them in taking up the subject in holistic approach and they must take up their courses in such fashion that they can produce their brief and explanatory statements ,papers for the parliamentary debate to enhance its standars.

In developed world we need all these facilites in time otherwise we may be able to live with standards of developed world inspite of best of institutions available and lads surrounding us its goal remains unachieved. The parliament the highest instittutions is to pursue number of goals the development and dissemination of informations,building holistic system of political,social and business for services to all constituents and enacting policy,decesion,social practice,business laws and practice into law if they hold values with common sense in its purview with social acceptability.

An elected government desrves the best possible efforts to put their policy,agenda in best of manners with peoples consent and to achieve all these objects,parliament needs best possible professionals in their folds and well trained staff to assist lawmakers known as parliamentarian professional staff must be deputed so that a diluted debate on such national importance subject as envisioned on July 21 and 22 takes better shape in coming years of parliamentary democracy.

Higer salaries and qualified professional is need of the hour to make lawmaker prepare for his job along with on going training and mental development faculty programme with sincere staff and trainers.In modern world the legislatures needs to be tune and must have pace with latest technology and upgradation of information in form of parliamentary magazine,seminar and conferences must be regularly held to given them first hand report of information of imprortant political,social and scientific events.

A parliamentarian unable to access the informations for his preparation for debate or policy or lawmaking has to spend more time and money in rapid change of our society and his meagre amenities to prepare for his jobs makes mockery of the national debate on national subject a diluted and poor show from the apex insititution.
